STEP 2 - Purchasing a Clan Portal
- After obtaining a Clan Portal, what happens next?
You will be designated a Site Director.
1. Once you have purchased a Clan Portal you will be assigned a Site Director, whom
are trained members from KMB ELL-EA.
- Your Site Director is in charge of managing/updating your Clans' Clan Portal, Facebook,
YouTube, & Twitter accounts.
- He/she will add you on PSN so that you two may have direct contact when you have a
question or need to request an update on your clan portal.

It will be up to you to fill your Chain of Command.
1. If you did not have 4 friends in place to assist you in building your clan:
- Mass recruit until 4 members
fully completes the Unit-Captain "HOW TO BECOME" guide,
found on the Clan Support Guide.
2. Promote the 4 members to Unit-Captain positions.
- Notify your Site Director to update your portal key areas with your Unit-Captains names.
- You must give them admin access to the CoC chart, by adding their emails to its admin list.
- Notify your Unit-Captains to use the "Unit-Captain Guide" on the Clan Support Guide to carry
out their position.
- Remove and replace any Unit-Captain that is not moving fast enough for you.
3. Of your 4 Unit-Captains, the first 2 Unit-Captains to have 4 Party Leaders that fills
their Party's 8 Crew Leader positions and their 8 Crew Leaders have over 30
members in their crews, need and should be promoted to your 2 Division Captain
positions.
- Notify your Site Director to update your portal key areas with your Division Captains names.
- You must adjust their names to their new positions on your Chain of Command chart.
- Notify your Division Captains to use the "Division Captain Guide" on the Clan Support Guide
to carry out their position.
- Remove and replace any Division Captain that is not moving fast enough for you.
4. Of your 2 Division Captains, once they both have their Unit-Captain positions filled,
they must decide amongst themselves who becomes the Clan Captain.
5. You must self-promote yourself to the Clan Leader position. Your Clan Captain will
become your Co-Leader, which again will leave your Division Captains to decide
amongst themselves who becomes the next Clan Captain.
- Notify your Site Director to update your portal key areas with the final CoC names.
- You must add your Co-Leader name on your Chain of Command chart.
- Notify your Co-Leader to use the "Co-Leader Guide" on the Clan Support Guide to carry out
their position.
